This Geolocated.io Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a legal entity) and Geolocated.io, which is developed and owned by Unibuffer Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing and using the Geolocated.io web services ("Services"), and associated Application Programming Interfaces ("APIs"), you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Services.
NO WARRANTY
Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Your use of any information or materials on our website and/or product pages is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through our website and/or product pages meet your specific requirements.
FINANCIAL LIABILITY
We, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Card holder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
RESTRICTIONS ON USE
You are prohibited from using Geolocated.io APIs to offer, resell, or create any geolocation services or any service that provides geolocation intelligence. The Services are to be accessed and used solely for your own internal business purposes. Any unauthorized use, including but not limited to the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, replication, or display of the content of the Services shall give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
ACCOUNT USAGE
Each account created with Geolocated.io should be associated with a single product only. Each product should use a distinct API key generated by the account. The sharing of an API key across multiple products is strictly prohibited. You bear the responsibility of maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your system. All activities that occur under your account or password are your responsibility.
NO SUBLICENSE
You are not permitted to sublicense the Services to any third party. Any attempt to do so will be considered a violation of this Agreement, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Our website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but are not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
All trademarks reproduced in our website which are not the property of, or licensed to, the operator are acknowledged on the website.
LINKING POLICY
You may not create a link to our website from another website or document without Unibuffer Technologies's prior written consent.
From time to time our website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information.
