We believe in flexibility. That's why we allow you to cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription, simply log into your account and navigate to the 'Manage Subscription' section. You can cancel your subscription from there. No questions asked, and no hidden charges.

Despite cancellation, your account will stay active until the end of the current billing cycle. This means you will continue to enjoy full access to all your subscription benefits until your current plan expires.

Refund Policy

We operate on a no-refund policy. If a subscription plan is purchased, we cannot offer a refund, even if you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of your billing cycle.

For example, if you subscribe to an annual plan and decide to cancel six months in, your access to Geolocated.io will remain in place until the end of the 12-month period that you have paid for. However, you will not receive a refund for the remaining six months.
